General Requirements (G00)
Finish and material tag schedules generated via the Engineering Toolkit from the Material Transmittal Log. Displays:
- CWK material tag and ARCH tag cross-reference
- Material descriptions
- FSC certification, fire rating, moisture resistance
- Transmittal numbers
Populated via the Drafting Toolkit — do not manually edit linked fields.
Master Floorplan / Keyplan
Per level, showing all awarded scope in context. Provides site orientation for reviewers.
Partition Plans
Field dimensions, ceiling heights, blocking locations, electrical coordination, and load calculations if needed.
Pre-Submittal Sets
Scope and design intent clarification documents shared before formal submittal to align expectations with the client and architect.
Typical Details
Details showing interaction between adjacent scopes — how different job scopes connect and transition.

This set is included with:
